Healthy Boundaries:
Step-By-Step Guide


Many of us weren't taught what boundaries are or how to set them. Those of us who were raised in enmeshed, codependent or narcissistic family systems will have had a complete absence of healthy boundaries or role modelling around boundaries. This means we need to learn about boundaries as adults.

Those who identify with people-pleasing will find voicing boundaries especially challenging because we've been conditioned to put the emotions/ needs of others before our own or say 'yes' to keep the peace.

An understanding of the different dimensional bands of consciousness (and their  respective psychological and emotional characteristics) can help us gauge where we are at, what areas we may be struggling with and also remind us of the higher, more heart-centred perspective.

If you are new to meditation or would just like a group to practice with, we invite you to join us in our online community, New Earth Portal where Kevin will be hosting monthly group sessions featuring breathing exercises, visualisation journeys and energy clearings.
